My TCC E-Portfolio

I have attended Tidewater Community College since fall semester 2003. Since then, I have been taking perquisites courses for the Radiography Program. I am hoping to get accepted into the program this December. This program last for two years after that, I will have an Associates degree in Radiography. I made it sound easy but its not, there are many step between applying to the program and getting a diploma. In the future, I would like to work in a doctors office or hospital. The Radiology field is so wide open Im not sure what exactly I want to go into. Ultrasounds and CAT scans really interest me. If I went into ultrasound radiology I would want to do ultrasounds on babies. That just fascinates me. I like the CAT scans because it takes many transverse pictures of the body. CAT scans can help people in many ways. I want to use the knowledge that I have gotten over the years and help people.
